1. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly, but you may choose to return it upon delivery.
• How to Cancel: To cancel an order, go to your account orders section or contact our customer support team immediately with your Order ID.
• Seller/Platform Cancellation: PheriWala Shop reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified promptly if your order is affected.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We have a hassle-free return and exchange policy applicable under specific conditions:

*Note: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging along with all tags and invoices.

3. Refund Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credits as per your preference.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons, including perishable goods, customized products, and clearance items marked as final sale.
